Because my girls don't have school today (Halloween) they did all their festivities yesterday.. these are the pictures that i took of them before school.. Just in case (which happened) I couldn't get any good pictures during their schools parade...

When I posted my last post, I was looking for help on what to do about this election thing. As I have said, I am not good at politics. Probably never will be. I am not a republican or a democrat, probably because I think that this country needs to be run more on what it once was (what is was founded on) rather than all the hoopla that goes on now.
I thank all who have participated in my last blog comments. I thank Becky for being herself. Since we were young kids she has always been very opinionated, and that is why I love her. She is a great cousin.. And I also thank Veena for being someone who has brought out other aspects that needed to be addressed. Veena you are great! and I love you too..
I hope that by my stirring the pot, you all understand that I appreciate all of your opinions.. Because if I didn't, I wouldn't have asked for them!!! So thank you..

McCain vs Obama... HELP ME

So I know that the election is only 12 days away, and I should at least have an idea of who to vote for, but I don't. I have a great conflict of who to vote for, because from the things that I have heard/seen on TV or read on the net, I like both. Is that stupid?? I am not at all politically savvy. I have watched (from what I could handle) all of the debates. (Because of the high anxiety I have it was really hard for me to watch any of them) Is it lame for me to be confused? Can any of you help me? I am not looking for any type of WAR on my blog.. I will not even judge you. I just need some help. I guess help in understanding why one vs the other. Thanks in advance.. Today my twins turn 9 years old! WOW.. that is just crazy.. This morning El asked them what they wanted for their special birthday dinner, and they both wanted brenner.. (breakfast for dinner) Yep.. they are totally hard to please! So we will be having french toast & stuff..

I love my girls so much! they bring so much light into our home and they are always willing to do what ever it takes to make this family feel special! I am so glad Heavenly Father has sent them to me!!!

Because school pictures cost me an arm, leg and my first born, I try to take my own pictures of the kids to save some money. Don't get me wrong, I still purchase the tiniest package because it is the cheapest.

This year, we took them in my grandma's back yard. I usually take them under the apple tree and the kids are standing on a cute ladder, but this year she had this beautiful pumpkin!

Now if only I could get my boys to sit still long enough to take a good picture!!! Maybe next year.
