So here is my kitchen makeover from start to finish! I am no good at this Picasa web album business, so I hope this turns out! El was awesome and had the kitchen put almost all the way together before Christmas morning so I could hold my annual Christmas breakfast here. I love this man!!!
Also, we are not 100% complete because we have to paint the kitchen now, as you will be able to tell. So if you have any suggestions on what color I should paint it, please let me know.. We are having a struggle trying to decide!!
AWESOME! It looks so GOOD. I have to admit I am a little bit jealous, but don't tell Mike because he is already rearing to tear up and start some project. It was also cute to see your whole family helping. Lets hope they continue with the everyday kitchen help like dishes.
ReplyDeleteHow fun!!!! And how nice that it is done before the baby gets here! Which is so soon!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow Angie!! It looks so fabulous!! Everyone did a great job helping! Now are you gonna invite us over for a dinner party? Ha ha ha!
ReplyDeleteoh! And as far as the color goes, I would do something crazy drastic. Like red or yellow or green. Ok, so those are the colors I debate for my kitchen, but with your white cupboards, it would look awesome to have a BOLD color!!
ReplyDeleteWOW! It looks awesome. El did a fantastic job! I think you should paint it something bright and cheery.
ReplyDeleteAnd of course put up pictures once it is painted!
Oh Angie, I LOVE it. It really opens it up in there, honestly it looks like a completely different kitchen. LOVE it! I'm with Katie, something bright like a fun barn red or something. That's always fun for a kitchen. Tell El good job, he is amazing. Hey are you coming to Bunko, if you haven't had your babay?
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your new kitchen!! It looks so awesome!! I'm definitely jealous!! :) I love greens, and reds not together though, for kitchens but that's just me! :)
ReplyDeleteit looks freaking amazing! we still need to have you guys over for dinner! tell me a day and we will do it!
ReplyDeleteGood job El!! I am really jealous. Your kitchen looks so great. As for colors, I say a buttery yellow would look awesome with those white cupboards. But maybe I'm just saying that because that's the color of my walls and I wish my cupboards were white.
ReplyDeleteYA HANDY MAN EL!!!! WOO! It looks amazing Angie! What a nice hubby you have! And cute little helpers! I agree with Veena, I like the yellow idea!
ReplyDeleteWow, it looks super! Kudos to El for doing all that work. I like the idea of a bright bold color with the white like red or black.
ReplyDeleteAnd now you'll definately have to have another girl's night like you suggested....ha ha!! You're family is so cute; all helping out!! I'm sure Gannon woulda loved to get into that plaster stuff!!!!
I didn't see the before, but I'm sure that from what your friends have said that this is an improvement and it is truly beautiful. Would love to come over some time to see it.
ReplyDeleteLove, Sarah
