I'm done!!!

Hooray! I have finished the "Twilight" series as of now!!! I am so so so happy with the way it ended.. Now maybe I will stop dreaming about the books.. (Doubt it) & now I can get onto more important things in my life like getting ready for my new baby.. I must say, that when Bella was having huge belly issues, I totally knew what she was going through.. At times I wonder if I have a cracked rib! :)
AHHH.. I can honestly say that I have never involved myself in books like this before! I am glad it was these ones..
I am also glad that I didn't read them when everyone else did. Because during all of the reading, I was going through a tun of emotions and I was so happy to be able to post them on my blog and have the responses that I had.. Thanks for all of the support!!! No, i do not hate Bella now.. Infact, I wish that I could be as brave as she was in the last book.. she was defiantly not so whinny... And, I don't hate Jacob Black anymore.. AHH.. BOOKS....

Eclipse

Okay.. I know many of you are thinking Are you serious Angie.. don't you do anything but read these books?? And, yes I do.. I clean when I get frustrated with them.. I change all of Gannons POOP STINK diapers and I have even showered..
I have read Twilight, New Moon & the posted version on Stephanie Meyers web site on the Edward version of book 1.. And now I am onto Eclipse..
First I would like to say, I am on chapter 8. I have a feeling I will not be reading this book as fast, because at this moment I think that Bella Swan is a slut.. Yes I said it.. For all of you who don't want to hear this, please turn away now!!!! There is my warning.. What is she thinking? Really, does she think it is cool to be friends with Jake, and think that Edward will just sit by.. Okay he really isn't just sitting by, but COME ON!!! AHHH I am frustrated.. Can you tell. My good friend Heather has told me that this is a great book and I believe her. I really do, but I can not get over the fact that Bella is having the grass is greener on the other side issue..
I can't take it.. Please, please.. someone tell me that they have felt the same way.. Or am I just being to protective of Edward.. This made up character who I love.. (Ladies.. you know what I mean)
AHHHH.. I hope that as I read on, this will all get better..

New Moon

I started yesterday and as of now, I am finished with New Moon.. AHHH.. My eyes hurt from reading..
El also started while I was asleep last night and he wasn't as broken up about the breakup as I was. I seriously cried and felt horrible for Bella..
Why didn't I start these books sooner? O, because if I would have, then what would I be reading right now?? I am not starting the next book until Thursday, because I need my brain to think of everything that has happened..

Twilight... UPDATE

So, while El was at work today, I could not put the book down! I am a horrible mother. (I did pay attention to my kids.. I SWEAR)
El called me when he was getting ready to leave work, and I told him that I was an addict! He was confused. I told him that I was to the Epilogue. The phone went silent. I thought he was going to leave me.. :)
So needless to say, he is currently finishing Twilight right now, and I am on chapter 4 of New Moon..
BTW.. I have cried so much during the first chapters of New Moon, that I think I really am in High School again..
Thank you my greatest friend Heather for having all the books and letting me borrow them.

Twilight

So after all of this hullabaloo about the Twilight series, I have decided to delve into it. But, not by myself. I have taken my wonderful husband along for the ride. We started reading it together on Saturday night, and well, needless to say after reading until 1 am this morning, we are nearly done. So, the first book will be finished today and we will be onto book 2..
Is it just me, or am I feeling like I did in high school all over again. I have caught myself crying a couple of times, and having butterflies in my tummy..
AHH.. To be young again..

Recently Emer has become a very "chatty" child. I guess that she always has been, but I think because she has more time to just chat with me (mostly because her sisters are at school when she is still getting ready) she does so.
The other day we were sitting in the dining room eating lunch when she starts to tell me all about how babies hurt in your tummy so bad, so she never wants to have a baby.. (I know.. She probably hears me say all of the time, MAN this KID is in my ribs.. WHY??) Or that this boy in her class can't have the snacks that all the other kids have, because he has allergies & his mom has to read all of the labels on the food package.. (I think she is becoming nosy)

Korban has a new best friend named "Alex". I keep wondering where this kid came from. We never go out to play. (because I am a lame mom) O.. And I can't see his best friend. I ask Korban where he met Alex, and he doesn't remember. I love that his imagination is working.. But the two of them (or at least Korban & his imagination) play well together. So I can't complain.
On a side note about the imaginary friend, Morgan had one once. His name was "Frank". The one thing that I remember most about him, (he is imaginary) is that we were at KFC in the drive threw and as I was driving away I ran him over.. Morgan was mad at me for some time.

Gannon is becoming quite verse with his vocabulary. The first thing he said to me this morning when he woke up was, "I want bob" (spongebob) & not very long after that he said "I go poo stink" Ahh.. I love him..

He must know...

As of late, Gannon has become really clingy to me. He wants me to hold him all of the time, and he wants to sleep in my bed more than usual. The other morning I got up to go to the bathroom (this is like a 5 times a night occurrence) and all of a sudden I hear him scream "MOMMA".. This has never been Gannons MO. He is a very independent child, who likes to explore and do his own thing. The only thing that I can attribute it to, is he must know that the new baby will be coming soon and he wants to give me all of the love he can before I am turned into a milk machine.
I can remember Samantha being so happy to have twin sisters, and she didn't have any issues with the new babies. Morgan was totally at peace when Emer was born, unlike Kylah who all of a sudden started to have crying fits. (thank goodness that is over now) and when Emer was born she was okay with Korban. Korban on the other hand had huge issues when Gannon was born. He refused to let a new baby even take up his space, and that is when he started to rub my arm and face all of the time.
So now I am just waiting to see how Gannon will handle his new baby brother. El and I joke all of the time that "new baby" will come out huge and ready for a fight because he will have to defend himself from Gannon, but I really don't think that will be the case. I think that Gannon will be so excited to have someone to give loves to, because he already loves to wrestle everyone else.
Time will tell..

Parent Teacher Conference

Yesterday and today I had PTC for all of my girls.. And I just want to say that they are the most amazing little people I know.. All of them are on the Honor Roll.. I never thought I would see that, and they all have great grades. I just wanted to give all my beautiful girls a shout out and say GREAT JOB!!! And keep it up. Because you all will need full ride scholarships if you want to go (and you all want to, so help me!) to college at the rate the prices are going up!
Congrats girls.. I love you..

It's beginning to look & sound like Christmas...

Yesterday, I took my boys to my grandmas house so I could go vote.. On the way there, I was flipping through radio stations when all of a sudden I heard Christmas music.. I immediately changed the station and I hear Emer scream from the back of the van "NO MOM!! change it back!!" So for the rest of the trip I had to listen to Jingle Bells.. Then to wake up this morning to snow.. WOW.. Who knew the lake effect would really kick in to effect today.. The weather men always say "watch out for the dreaded lake effect" and today they were right! I think we have a couple of inches, and just when I think it is starting to clear up, the snow starts back up again..
I must admit that I really love snow. As long as I don't have to go in it. But the down fall about all of the winter weather, is now I want to put up my beautiful Christmas tree... Then El would kill me and Christmas would be ruined!!
